This place is BEAUTIFUL. Not to mention every floor plan I viewed was spacious and lovely to view. I love the clubhouse and mailbox areas and that each village has their own.

One of the best apartment communities in Birmingham! Clean, new, redone the right way, great and helpful staff, beautiful grounds and location. Floor plans are huge and updated nicely! Couldn't be happier here. I highly recommend this place.

I relocated back to B'ham last summer and found Retreat online, looking for an apartment with a floorplan that accommodated a home office setup. I picked a 1 BR that has a separate, dedicated room that I'm using just for that purpose. The community was renovated in the past couple years and it's conveniently located to downtown, the airport and I-20/I-459. The saltwater pools are amazing. My apartment is the envy of my friends, who can't believe how much space I have for the money! Colby and everyone in the leasing office and the maintenance team take care of any issue quickly and efficiently. I just renewed my lease and couldn't be more glad I live here!

For the money, this is the best deal out there. $1075 for a 2/2 tucked into a mountain with a forest view, valet trash, three pools, a fitness center, security gates, brand new facilities and leasing offices, and some big the nicest staff in the city. And finally! FINALLY. I'm on a mail route with a postal worker that doesn't mix up my packages. Everything has been on time *or early*.

I have been here 3 weeks, staff is great, apartment is spacious, quiet, no safety concerns, close to everything.

I have lived in many places but The Retreat has been truly beautiful. A cozy place, away from the chaos of life.

I have been here for almost two years and The Retreat at Mountain Brook has been a great place to live. The apartments are very open and have lots of space to make your own. The amenities are wonderful - we especially love the valet trash service!

I can't say enough good about these people!!! I have never had an issue dealing with them and they are super friendly and will do whatever is needed to help you! The grounds are beautiful, the place is very secure, and the apartments are gorgeous! Thank you Taylor for all of your help!
