FAQ for Prospective Residents

A non-refundable application fee of $75.00 will be paid by each applicant and guarantor for 18 years of age or older. Additionally, a $200 administrative fee will be assessed at time of application. If your application is cancelled within 24 hours of approval, failed to sign the rental agreement, or refuse to move in on the agreed date, the administrative fee is non-refundable. If your application is declined, the administrative fee will be refunded to the primary applicant’s address listed on the application.

All applicants must make a combined 3x the rent amount based on gross income. Guarantors must make 5x the rent amount based on gross income. Income verification is required through Checkpoint Income Verification, via your payroll system or bank account.

$250.00 or up to one month’s rent based on credit screening.

Availability is a first come first serve basis based on who applied first and is subject availability of the apartment type requested. To reserve an apartment, all applicants must complete the application and pay all applicable fees. Apartments available for immediate move in can only be held up to 2 weeks from date available.

Quotes for available apartments are provided during the touring process. All pricing is based on date, and lease length and is subject to change. All quotes are good for up to 48 hours and cannot be honored past that time. Lease terms range from 7 to 15 months, based on availability.

  • 1 Bedroom: $124.00 (Water $77.00, Valet Trash $35.00, Property Liability Waiver $12.00)
  • 2 Bedroom: $139.00 (Water $92.00, Valet Trash $35.00, Property Liability Waiver $12.00)
  • 3 Bedroom: $149.00 (Water $102.00, Valet Trash $35.00, Property Liability Waiver $12.00)
  • Utility Setup Fee: A one-time fee of $50.00 will be charged at move-in.
  • Electricity: Resident will set up service with Alabama Power in their name.
  • Wi-Fi/Cable: Resident will set up service AT&T in their name.
  • Gas: Resident will set up service with Spire in their name. (Buildings 3300-3800 only)

Subleasing and lease takeovers are prohibited. Any new roommates will be charged a $75 application fee to cover the cost of credit and background screening required.

Pets are only allowed with written consent from management. Restrictions include: No aggressive or exotic breeds, Maximum of 2 pets per apartment, $350 non-refundable pet fee per pet, and current shot records must be provided at move-in and at lease renewal.
