This is one of two resident lounges (one with a full fitness center) that we are developing to create comfortable community lounges within each of our villages.
The newest center is located next to what will soon be the new leasing center and is approximately 2100 sq ft, overlooking pool and outdoor grilling station. The lounge also offers residents gourmet coffee, big screen TV, gathering space and free wifi.
