Birmingham, Ala. June 13, 2016—Arlington Properties, professional management firm for The Retreat at Mountain Brook, recently awarded Amy M. Hodges, the position of manager for the luxury apartment community.
Ms. Hodges has worked in the multi-family industry for 15-years and is a Certified Accredited Manager (ARM) IREM. She has held similar positions for Steadfast Management Company – Tapestry Park at Montclair, RAM Partners, LLC. – Parc at Grandview, and other communities in Alabama. As manager of The Retreat at Mountain Brook, Amy will be responsible for day-to-day operations.
